Sometimes you just need to get outside the classroom and explain things in a different manner. Miss Trew with her Year 1 class enjoying a fab maths lesson outside on the school field. A very visual lesson on sharing out equal amounts of a number, and how the last number counted is the total. Another example of being active, engaging your brain and breathing in the fresh air having a fab effect on pupils learning.
